Improve Android for music

Music app developers need Android to be upgraded. You need to catch up with the huge advance that iOS has over Android. This would enable hardware manufacturers to offer many different form factors (smartphones, tablets, but also bigger screens) aimed at music creation. For that, Android needs:
• A low latency audio system
• To impose a “low latency audio” label to encourage hardware manufacturers to use components with higher performance for music
• Thorough MIDI implementation
• A plug-in architecture
